Bantul (MTsN 6 Bantul) — Indonesian Language teachers of MTsN 6 Bantul took part in the Try Out (TO) activity organized by the Department of Education, Youth, and Sports (Dikpora) of Bantul Regency for the 2025/2026 academic year. At MTsN 6 Bantul, the Try Out was conducted in three sessions: Session I (07.30–09.30), Session II (10.00–12.00), and Session III (13.00–15.00). The activity took place on Monday (October 20, 2025) and was attended by junior high and madrasah teachers across Bantul Regency.
The Try Out aimed to assess teachers’ abilities and readiness for competency assessments while also enhancing the quality of Indonesian Language learning in schools and madrasahs. Through this program, teachers are expected to reflect on their mastery of materials, teaching strategies, and evaluation techniques aligned with the Merdeka Curriculum.
Five Indonesian Language teachers from MTsN 6 Bantul participated enthusiastically in the event. One of them, Susi Puspita Sari, shared her impression, saying, “This Try Out is very useful for broadening our insights as well as a means of self-evaluation in carrying out classroom learning.”

The Principal of MTsN 6 Bantul, Sugiyono, expressed his appreciation to the teachers for their active participation. “Please take this Try Out seriously. Hopefully, everything runs smoothly today and in the next three days,” said Sugiyono. The participation of teachers in such activities demonstrates a positive step toward improving professionalism and the overall quality of education at the madrasah.
With a strong spirit of learning and high commitment, the teachers of MTsN 6 Bantul are expected to become more prepared to face the ever-evolving challenges of the education world and to provide more meaningful learning experiences for their students. (sps/ewh)
