Bantul (MTsN 6 Bantul) – After completing a one-week program at the English Village Jogja, ten students from MTsN 6 Bantul showcased their English skills in the English Talent Show held on Monday (October 13, 2025). The event took place in front of 563 students and 56 teachers, creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm and pride.

During the performance, the participants delivered story telling about their experiences during the training at English Village Jogja. They shared how they practiced speaking English intensively and interacted with new friends from various schools. In addition to storytelling, they also sang English songs with confidence.

The Principal of MTsN 6 Bantul, Sugiyono, expressed his pride in the students. “I am very proud because they dared to perform and show their English abilities. At the very least, within our own environment, they have proven the confidence gained from their learning experience,” he stated. One of the participants, Salma, shared that the English Village Jogja program gave her valuable experience. “I feel more confident speaking English now. I wish the program lasted longer than a week because it was so fun and engaging,” she said enthusiastically.

As a token of appreciation, after their performance, the participants received certificates and souvenirs from English Village Jogja, including framed photos and calendars featuring their activities. This moment became a new motivation for MTsN 6 Bantul students to continue improving their English skills and to be ready for future performances.
