Bantul (MTsN 6 Bantul) — After the odd-semester break of the 2025–2026 academic year, scout activities at MTsN 6 Bantul resumed on Friday (January 23, 2026). The activities were welcomed enthusiastically by students, who appeared eager and energetic in participating in the series of events within the scout extracurricular program. The scout activities serve as an enjoyable space for togetherness while also being rich in character education values.
The scout program was opened with a variety of games and ice-breaking activities designed to revive a cheerful atmosphere after the mid-semester break. The games, prepared by the Scout Council and supervisors, successfully lightened the mood, built students’ self-confidence, and strengthened cooperation among members within each patrol. Laughter and enthusiasm colored the activities held on the madrasah field.
Through this fun opening session, the scout supervisors of MTsN 6 Bantul aimed to rekindle students’ interest in scouting activities. Values such as discipline, togetherness, leadership, and responsibility were gradually instilled through educational activities that are relevant to the world of adolescents.
The resumption of scout activities after the mid-semester break is expected to further strengthen the character of MTsN 6 Bantul students. With a fun and participatory approach, scouting is not merely an extracurricular activity, but also a meaningful learning platform that supports the development of students’ attitudes and personalities.
