Gugus Depan Pramuka MTsN 6 Bantul is actively preparing for the upcoming Scout Troop Accreditation, scheduled to take place in November 2025. The accreditation process will be conducted by the Assessment Team from the Regional Scout Council (Kwarda) of the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY).
To ensure readiness, scoutmasters, trainers, and all members of the MTsN 6 Bantul Scout Troop have been making comprehensive preparations. These efforts include organizing administrative documents, improving facilities and infrastructure, and compiling records of scout activities that have been implemented over the past few years.
The accreditation process will evaluate nine key standards, covering aspects such as membership data, troop administration, troop management, scoutmaster competence, troop activities, facilities, achievements in SKU-SKK-SPG, scoutmaster experience, and overall accomplishments. Each of these components will be assessed through documentation, activity outcomes, and interviews with scoutmasters and students.

Kamabigus of MTsN 6 Bantul, Sugiyono, emphasized that the accreditation serves as an important moment to enhance the quality of scouting activities within the madrasah. “We hope this accreditation process will not merely serve as an assessment but also as an opportunity for reflection and improvement in nurturing students’ character through scouting,” he stated.
Meanwhile, Scoutmaster Muhammad Yusuf added that the troop has prepared all necessary administrative files, including the main troop register, annual work programs, activity reports, and documentation of both routine and special events. The team has also improved the scout office, camp equipment, and other supporting facilities. With these comprehensive preparations, MTsN 6 Bantul’s Scout Troop remains confident in achieving excellent accreditation results, while continuing to foster a disciplined, resilient, and strong scouting spirit across the madrasah community.
