Bantul (MTsN 6 Bantul) — All administrative staff of MTsN 6 Bantul, led directly by the Principal of MTs Negeri 6 Bantul, Sugiyono, accompanied by the Head of Administration, Nur Latif, and BMN Operator, Dimas Imam Pratama, held a communal work activity (kerja bakti) on Friday (November 7) to reorganize the State-Owned Goods (BMN) and Inventory Room. This activity was a follow-up to the guidance and recommendations given by the Monitoring Team from the Directorate General of Islamic Education, Ministry of Religious Affairs, during their administrative management assistance visit on Thursday (October 2). The event began with the inventorying and numbering of BMN items that had been recorded in the SIMAN BMN application.
The communal work also aimed to assist the BMN operator in sorting out items that were no longer suitable for use, which would then be recorded for the deletion process. This step helps reduce storage space and gives a neater and more comfortable appearance to the BMN storage area. Additionally, the activity was expected to strengthen communication among staff in carrying out their daily administrative duties.
The activity began with a joint discussion involving the Principal, Head of Administration, and Vice Principal for Facilities and Infrastructure to follow up on the recommendations from the monitoring team regarding administrative management—specifically the organization of BMN storage, which includes assets recorded in the SIMAN BMN application that must be properly managed and accounted for. “This rearrangement is not just about beautifying the room, but also about improving comfort and work efficiency. With a cleaner and more organized space, we hope every staff member can perform optimally according to their main duties and functions,” said Nur Latif.
Furthermore, the reorganization also included the arrangement of important documents to prevent clutter on work desks, ensuring the workspace remains neat and well-organized. Nur Latif emphasized the importance of maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the office, as these contribute to a more conducive and pleasant work environment.
The Principal of MTsN 6 Bantul, Sugiyono, who directly participated in the activity, expressed his appreciation for this initiative. “I strongly support this activity. Proper room arrangement creates a positive work atmosphere and will certainly contribute to improving the performance of all administrative staff,” said Sugiyono. With a spirit of cooperation and teamwork, all administrative staff of MTsN 6 Bantul hope that this BMN room reorganization will bring new enthusiasm to their duties and foster a more enjoyable and productive work environment.
