Bantul (MTsN 6 Bantul) — In a solemn and meaningful ceremony, the Chairperson of OSIM (Student Council) of MTsN 6 Bantul for the 2024/2025 term officially handed over the OSIM flag to the Head of MTsN 6 Bantul on Monday (October 13, 2025). The procession took place in the school courtyard as part of the inauguration of the new OSIM board for the 2025/2026 term.
The handing over of the OSIM flag symbolized the end of duty for the previous board and served as a form of accountability for their year-long service. The flag was then passed by the Head of the Madrasah to the newly elected OSIM Chairperson for 2025/2026, marking the transfer of responsibility and leadership to the next generation.
In his remarks, the Head of MTsN 6 Bantul expressed deep gratitude and appreciation to the outgoing OSIM board for their dedication, hard work, and contributions to various school activities.
“This flag handover is not merely ceremonial, but a symbol of struggle and spirit to continue the leadership relay with responsibility and sincerity,” stated Sugiyono.
Meanwhile, the former OSIM Chairperson expressed heartfelt pride and emotion for having had the opportunity to lead the student organization during their tenure. They also advised the new board to remain united, disciplined, and bring a renewed spirit to their duties.
