Building strong motivation and positive work performance is essential for sustaining institutional excellence. With this spirit, teachers and administrative staff of Matsanaba carried out a capacity building activity aimed at refreshing teamwork, strengthening commitment, and fostering renewed enthusiasm after a period of intensive work and achievements.
The capacity building program was held on December 6, 2025, in the tourism area on the slopes of Mount Lawu, Karanganyar Regency. Participants departed together using a tourism bus along with one official madrasah vehicle, creating a sense of togetherness from the start of the journey.
One of the main activity points was the Jeep meeting area at the Jeep Tourism route to Jumog Waterfall, known for its challenging terrain and adventurous atmosphere. The participants experienced off-road tracks that tested cooperation, courage, and mutual trust while enjoying the natural beauty of the area.
In addition to the adventure activities, the group also visited local attractions, including the souvenir center “Banana Krezz” and a religious tourism destination at Masjid Madania. These visits provided moments of relaxation, reflection, and cultural appreciation, enriching the overall experience of the program.
Head of the madrasah, Sugiyono, warmly welcomed the capacity building activity and expressed his positive appreciation. He stated that such activities are important to recharge energy and strengthen solidarity, especially after teachers and staff worked hard to achieve various madrasah accomplishments. “This activity is expected to boost motivation and improve performance, so that after returning, everyone can work with renewed spirit and even better collaboration,” he said.(ewh)
