Bantul, February 24, 2026 — MTsN 6 Bantul successfully conducted the Preliminary Assessment for the Integrity Zone toward a Corruption-Free Area (WBK) on Tuesday, February 24, 2026. The event took place in the madrasah’s computer laboratory from 09:00 a.m. until completion. This assessment marked an important milestone in the madrasah’s continuous effort to promote transparent, accountable, and service-oriented governance.
The evaluation team came from the Bureau of Organization and Governance (Ortala) of the Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia, represented by Kristanto and Yudikasih Halawa. The assessors divided the six components of the Integrity Zone into three sections each, carefully reviewing the submitted documents and providing constructive feedback for improvement. Their presence ensured a thorough and objective review process.
The Integrity Zone (ZI) team of MTsN 6 Bantul, coordinated by the Head of Administration and supported by 12 dedicated personnel consisting of coordinators and assistants, worked interactively throughout the session. They promptly fulfilled and refined the required supporting evidence, uploading the documents directly to the PMPZI application on the same day. Despite the assessment taking place during the holy month of Ramadan, the team remained enthusiastic and committed, continuing their work diligently until just before iftar.
During the session, the team presented comprehensive evidence covering the six areas of change within the Integrity Zone framework: change management, organizational structuring, human resource management, performance accountability strengthening, supervision enhancement, and improvement of public service quality. The assessment atmosphere was orderly yet dynamic, with active discussions and meaningful exchanges between the evaluators and the madrasah team.
In his remarks, Head of MTsN 6 Bantul, Sugiyono, expressed gratitude and appreciation for the team’s dedication. He emphasized that the preliminary assessment was not merely an administrative requirement but a valuable opportunity to reinforce a shared commitment to integrity and excellent service. Achieving the WBK predicate, he noted, is not the final destination but part of an ongoing process to continuously improve the quality of governance and public service. With this successful preliminary assessment, MTsN 6 Bantul grows increasingly confident in its journey toward becoming a Corruption-Free Area and a model of best practice within the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
