Bantul (MTsN 6 Bantul) — MTsN 6 Bantul held a solemn flag handover ceremony to mark the official transition of leadership for the OSIM (Madrasah Student Council) for the 2025/2026 term. The event took place on Monday (October 13, 2025) in the school courtyard, coinciding with the inauguration ceremony of the new OSIM board.
In the symbolic procession, the Principal of MTsN 6 Bantul personally handed over the school flag to the newly elected OSIM President for the 2025/2026 period. The flag handover represented the transfer of responsibility, mandate, and renewed spirit for the new student leaders in carrying out their organizational duties.
In his remarks, the Principal expressed appreciation to the previous OSIM board for their dedication and hard work in supporting student activities throughout the school year. He also encouraged the new board to continue the legacy of leadership with integrity, creativity, and social awareness.
“The flag I hand over is not just a symbol, but a mark of responsibility and pride. Be leaders who uphold the good name of the madrasah through positive and innovative activities,” said Sugiyono.
The ceremony was attended by all teachers, staff, and students of MTsN 6 Bantul. The atmosphere was filled with both enthusiasm and emotion, marking the beginning of a new journey for the OSIM leadership of 2025/2026 to continue contributing and advancing the madrasah. (put/ewh)
