(Bantul-MTsN 6 Bantul) – Head of the Madrasah Education Division of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Bantul Regency, Ahmad Musyadad, warmly welcomed 50 guests from the Indonesian Language Teachers Association (MGMP Bahasa Indonesia) of Temanggung Regency. The visit, held at MTsN 6 Bantul, was part of a literacy and cultural appreciation study program.

In his opening remarks, Ahmad Musyadad expressed his appreciation for the visit and emphasized that MTsN 6 Bantul has repeatedly been chosen as a destination for educational study tours. He noted that the madrasah frequently receives guests from both within and outside Java, highlighting its reputation as a model institution.

The literacy study group aimed to learn about the concept of capacity building developed by MTsN 6 Bantul, as well as its flagship programs and literacy-focused initiatives. This opportunity provided the visiting teachers with valuable insights into strategies for strengthening literacy culture and enhancing educational quality at their respective schools.

Musyadad further underlined that MTsN 6 Bantul has become a reference for other madrasahs due to its diverse excellence. The institution has earned recognition as a tahfiz madrasah, a pioneer in robotics, an Adiwiyata green school, a healthy school, a child-friendly school, a digital/cyber madrasah, and a literacy-driven institution.

Echoing this statement, MTsN 6 Bantul Principal Sugiyono expressed his support for the event. He welcomed the collaboration and knowledge-sharing efforts, hoping that the visit would inspire both institutions to continue advancing innovation and literacy in education. (ewh)
